1. Areas must be cleared for work i.e. desks and tables needing attention should be free of any items, furniture and floor coverings should be removed from rooms where a floor requires finishing.

2. If work takes place at your residence, it is your responsibility to keep small children and animals away from the working area, as some of the materials we use can be harmful.

3. Depending on the size of the project, a percentage payment may be required before starting work. We will notify you of this before the project begins.

4. All materials will be included in our price unless otherwise specified.

5. If adequate time notice (24hrs) is not given for the cancellation of work, we will charge for time wasted.

6. We often keep a photographic record of the work we have completed. Please let us know if you do not wish us to take photos of the work we carry out for you.
